Gearbest.com ci segnala un tablet veramente interessante ad un prezzo stracciato. Si chiama Cube I7 Remix ed è basato su un sistema operativo derivato da Android, il Remix OS, creato da ex impiegati che lavoravano allo sviluppo del sistema operativo del colosso di Mountain View, Google.
Cube I7 ha una CPU Intel Bay Trail Atom Z3735F e sistema operativo Remix OS basato su Android, che partire da Aprile è libero da licenza per i partner OEM, e Cube è fra i primi in assoluto ad averlo adottato, e ottimizzato con una taskbar in stile Windows, con il supporto al multitasking e multiwindow. Pochi giorni fa è stato annunciato anche l’upgrade a Remix OS 1.5, per capirci e come se passassimo da Android 4.4 ad Android 5.0 Lollipop. Cube I7 Remix ha un formato da 11.6″ con pannello IPS Full HD, un telaio in alluminio, 2 porte microUSB, due altoparlanti con casse di risonanza interne sui lati ed un’uscita video digitale microHDMI.
Sul lato inferiore si può alcuni collegare una comoda tastiera dock, che in questo modello non viene fornita in bundle, ma è acquistabile come accessorio opzionale al prezzo di circa 50 euro. Cube I7 Remix è spesso solo 8 mm e pesa circa 700 grammi, e in questo poco spazio ospita una batteria da 8.400 mAh che gli permette un’autonomia di ben 8 ore. La capacità di storage è di 32GB, ma può essere espansa tramite uno slot per micrSD. L’hardware è molto interessante, ma la vera chicca sta nel sistema operativo Remix OS, sviluppato dalla cinese Jide, e dopo il debutto in Cina e negli USA sta arrivando ora sul mercato europeo.
